We provide a full property consultation, and compile recommendations in a room by room report that is left with the client.
THE PREP WORK
You will receive a quote for the timely execution and completion of the recommendations provided in the consultation. The client then decides, based on their time and budget, which tasks to contract out and which to complete themselves.
THE SHOWCASE
This is the ‘wow’ factor and will provide the emotional connection for prospective buyers. We will showcase each room using the science of staging. This includes furniture placement, lighting,accessorizing, and more!
